We never handle your money
Tight Lines is an educational dashboard. It does not store credit cards, bank accounts, or Kalshi balances. When you use Dry cast, every trade is pretend. When you use Live cast, orders are signed with your own Kalshi API key and sent straight to Kalshi — the money movement happens entirely inside your Kalshi account.
Your Kalshi key is encrypted
If you choose Live cast, your Key ID and private key are encrypted with AES-256-GCM on the server before being stored. The plaintext private key is never logged, never returned to the browser, and removed completely when you disconnect. All RSA signing happens server-side so your private key never ships to the client.
No imports into Aomori or external marketing systems
Your email, positions, feedback, and credentials are not imported into Aomori, any CRM, advertising platform, or student-information system. We do not run ads, sell data, or build marketing profiles. The only data use is operating the app itself and improving it based on voluntary beta feedback.
Anonymous by default
You sign in with email or Google. We store only what is needed to run the app: your auth identity, paper positions, optional encrypted Kalshi credentials, mode preference, and any feedback you choose to send. We do not ask for or store real names, student IDs, or school affiliation.
You can delete your data
Remove your Kalshi credentials anytime from Live Setup. Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us below. Because Live orders are executed through Kalshi, any records of real trades remain in your Kalshi account under Kalshi's own policies.
